Finally I'm back and even with some actual progress, which really is a lot from me.
As you can probably guess from the title, this project will be a character from Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild. This waifu I am referring to is my waifu Paya. I was able to play the game for a while and absolutely fell in love with Paya, not only her design, but also her personality (she kinda reminds me of Hinata). I checked if would have the fabrics to make the cosplay, and as it turned out, I had most of the stuff. Since I wasn't blessed with a Summer job, I don't really have money (which is also a reason why I can't work on Brigitte from Overwatch), but there luckily wasn't much to get for her (basically just elf ears that I found cheap <3).
Where I started from was whatever is under that jacket :'D. Which I figured was a shirt (with a turtle neck) and a skirt and errr... some detail thingy?
Don't judge me :(
I'd say the most difficult thing about cosplay making is to get started. I spent many weeks to figure this cosplay piece by piece and checking out how other people made the cosplay. Well, yesterday I got myself to get started on making patterns and digging fabrics from various bags/boxes.
Here's the progress:
Nevermind the messiness of my room~
Showing off the skirt
and thicc thighs and some part of the shirt. Neither of these are finished, but at least it's getting there.
There's still a long way to go.
So yeah, this was a little update on what I'm working on. Hopefully there's more to come. Honestly I'm happy getting back to sewing. Especially now that I have time. There were some ups and downs already in the beginning, but that's what it is. See ya later!
